Something is brewing in New Mexico β stay tuned.
Long before there was a convention, there was a Strava page. When MTICA was just getting started, the All Major Taylor Cycling Clubs page became the digital town square for riders across the country β a place where a cyclist in Memphis could see what someone in Los Angeles was grinding out on a Sunday morning, and feel like they were riding right alongside them.
During COVID, that connection meant everything. When roads were empty and group rides were gone, Major Taylor cyclists kept showing up β logging miles, cheering each other on, and staying sane together. One rider in New York sent a message that said: "Brother Bill, I thank you for the ride challenge. It's keeping me sane." That's the power of this community.
Today the page has 2,100+ cyclists from clubs coast to coast. Every week you can see who's putting in work β and push yourself to keep up. You don't have to be a Major Taylor club member to join. If you love cycling and the legacy of Major Taylor, you belong here.
Join Us on Strava βWe make every effort to acknowledge every Major Taylor club that exists. Some clubs are no longer active, and new ones are forming all the time β the movement is always growing.
If you live in a community or country where there is no Major Taylor club yet, we want to help you start one. The spirit of Major Taylor belongs everywhere β and MTICA is here to walk with you every step of the way, from your first ride to your official launch.
If your club is already listed but our information is incorrect, please reach out so we can make it right. This directory belongs to all of us.
